B.O.S.S was created to recognize the decisions we make to survive the aftermath of sexual trauma. Whether you were able to say 'no' or unable to, if you were able to fight or just froze, it is time to move forward from our thoughts of regret, habits of existence, and behaviors that block our right to Live and have Purpose!

There is life after abuse. There is a wholeness that comes when you invest in your decision to heal with a commitment to never give up! The workbook Breaking Our Suffering & Silence was written when I needed to get to the root of what I still struggled with, my triggers, low self-esteem, rejection, depression, victimization etc.

How do I cope with such heaviness and become normal when I carry the memories of multiple sexual offences since childhood? I prayed and asked God to show me His way and guidance to heal effectively; I asked Him to give me the will to become whole and the confidence to feel worthy of the abundant life He spoke about in John 10:10.

He designated a season for me to notice the lies the abuse led me to believe. I purged the pain of my experiences through counselling and journal writing. In time, I learned to be patient with my growth and be a B.O.S.S a Breaker of Suffering & Silence. In that space of aloneness, He also showed me how to flip the script by focusing on His Word vs. pondering on the past. I invite you to do the same; your freedom is worth living.
